Refunds & Returns
- Refunds are only available on unused and unopened items returned in their original condition within 7 days of delivery.
- We cannot accept returns or refunds on products that have been opened, used, tested, or customised.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.
Custom & Personalised Orders
- All custom and personalised items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
- Please double-check spelling, colours, and design details before placing your order.
Wholesale Orders
- Wholesale orders are non-refundable once shipped.
- If there is an issue, please reach out and we will work with you to find a fair solution.
Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges on items that have been opened, tried, or tested.
